Job description : Little Hearts is an organization dedicated to the emotional, physical, intellectual and educational wellbeing and development of 37 children. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of full time English Teacher / Child Welfare Specialist . * Responsibilities : - Create a developmentally appropriate program for our students - Develop weekly lesson plans, activities, asses children’s needs and development .. interesting topics is a must , conduct monthly children’s evaluation - Prepare and follow up, monitor daily routines (morning and evening), responsibilities of the kids such as maintenance, dishes, organizing fun activities, creativity is a must !

Requirements : The applicants must meet the following requirements: based in Phnom Penh, native English speaker or fluently in English, experience teaching English to teenagers (min two years), your job is much more just being a teacher, you will also be the kids mentor, you are a very good communicator, problem solver and a supportive encouraging hands on go getter. Key words are creativity, resilient, reliable and strong commitment to work with children !
