- Interpret and prepare necessary shop drawing ‐ Check the quality of the workmanship of the installation of the finish work ‐ Check and review the material delivered to the site if compliance with sample ‐ Give informative instruction contractor /sub-contractor to avoid rework ‐ Prepare a defect list of follow up for remedial until the work is done ‐ Report on a daily basis to management on the work progress ‐ Ensure that all the work is properly prepared and setting out

- Bachelor degree in Architecture ‐ At least 2 years experience in building construction ‐ Basic working knowledge of MS. Word, MS.
