1. Ensure the companies’ compliance with the Cambodian tax law and relevant regulations. 2. Assist the senior management with tax planning, tax risk implications, and tax saving 3. Ensure the preparation and review of the monthly tax returns, annual tax returns, property taxes, and other taxes properly, accurately, and on time. 4. Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process. 5. Liaise and prepare responses with tax auditors and tax officials effectively. 6. Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures. 7. Ensure completeness and proper documentation of tax supporting documents. 8. Proactively gain tax knowledge and eliminate or minimize tax risk exposure. 9. Other assignments and ad-hoc projects as assigned by line manager

1. Possess bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA or related field. 2. Certified as Cambodian tax agent is an advantage 3. Extensive knowledge of and experience with Cambodian corporate tax law and regulations 4. Minimum 5-year solid experiences in Cambodian corporate tax. 5. Experience with large accounting and tax firms is an advantage. 6. Professional English speaking and writing skill, able to communicate effectively. 7. Good computer skill including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
