• Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of warehouse (In/Out). • Develop standard operating practices, policies and procedures to ensure that daily activities are in order • Strong in warehouse planning / managing /cool warehouse forecasting. • Develop department’s goals and objectives for management approval. • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. • Works closely with Business Development Manager to ensure service quality meet customer expectation and to ensure and identify area of improvements. Makes recommendations for improvements in both services and workflows. • To maintain good housekeeping and safe workplace condition at the allocated working area. • Assist with any other task as and when assigned by the Management

o Bachelor/Master degree of any related course to Logistics Management. o 3 years of warehouse and/or distribution working experience o Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance o Good communication skills, English Language comprehension. o Knowledge of computer (Microsoft office, Email, and Internet). o Honest, patient, flexible and open to changes in procedures o Be able to manage works and meet deadline. o Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
