o Prepare purchase orders o Research potential vendors o Sourcing products from factory with best prices o Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers o Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing o Track orders and ensure timely delivery o Review quality of purchased products o Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) o Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices o Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses o Coordinate with warehouse staff and factory staff to ensure proper storage o Other tasks assigned by Manager
