1.Lead in achieving the Modern Trade KRAs (Key Result Areas) such as Sales Targets, AR, Availability and Distribution ,etc. 2.Implementation of sales and marketing plans directly focus to the modern trade outlets. 3.Develop or recommend Trade Promotions of the products and selling new sku/s to the trade. 4.Coordinate and collaborate with Principal or Marketing Representatives for any product requirements from the customer such as in-store promotions, support ,etc. 5.Regular coverage of the MT customers as aligned and agreed in the workplan 6.To do alignment meetings with managers,owners and key personnel for any programs to be implemented to the MT outlets. 7.Conduct a business review to the MT Key customers or to the Principal as requested periodically. 8.Established and maintain the customer profile to all MT customers , keep the files in the office and updated regularly or quarterly. 9.Develop monthly sales plan to be presented to the Sales Manager and OM 10.Achieve target distribution and product assortment in the MT outlets , especially with new products /skus 11.Lead, train and collaborate with field merchandisers and Brand Promoters (or PGs). 12.Responsibility to submit required reports and market analytics to the Marketing Head, Sales Manager,OM,GM/CEO INTERNAL TRAINING REQUIREMENT: - SOP - SOP's and Work Instructions related to the Sales and Marketing Department - OJT - Selling Skills , Communication Skills, Presentation skills, Data Analysis

- Education: Bachelor's degree of any Business course or preferably Bachelor's degree related to Sales and Marketing - Experience: preferably with at least two to five (2-5 )years supervisory experience in Sales or Marketing position and 2 years experience in Modern Trade. - Skills: Excellent communication skills,English Language comprehension,Leadership training,Computer literate - 2 -5 years as Supervisor Level - Leadership, Business Management related training, Sales and Marketing , etc. - Khmer , English - Phnom Penh
