·Lead the team to achieve manufacturing targets. ·Maintain productivity by coordinating / controlling the resources; ·Ensure tasks have been completed and recorded on a shift basis i.e. daily PM&R, housekeeping, spoilage, material usage by the Team Members; ·Ensure Environment, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures are followed by the Team Members. ·Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department.
