Jobs Description

-Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction -Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs and improving sales -Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives -Thinking Strategically – seeing the bigger pictures and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business -Working strategically – Carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes, and seeking ways of improving the way our busines operates -Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones -Having a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise others about them -Developing the business sales and marketing strategy -Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status -Attending conferences, meetings and industry events -Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met -Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills -Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation -Other tasks assigned by Management

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field • At least 3-5 years experienced in sales, marketing or related filed -Strong communication skills and IT fluency, and setting up the appointment with the existing and potential customers. -Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task -Experience setting business goals -Excellent organizational skills -Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty -Good negotiation, problem solving, innovative and persuasive skills -Able to work independently and team under tight timelines and pressure -Fluent in English and Khmer language both communication and writing -Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point -Candidates from merchandise industry is more advantages -Good appearance and attitude are advantages #Benefit: - Provide Gasoline Monthly - Remuneration: Competitive salary, incentive - Staff’s Evaluation - Health insurance - Internal Training - Staff’s uniform - Annual party - Annual Bonus - Annual leave, sick leave, and special leave - Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labor Law) - 13th salary - Other special discount from partner shops
