** GPS (S&OP;) - Process leader of GPS (S&OP;) to ensure continual focus, alignment and across all functions of the organization to support delivery of the business plan. ** Build and Develop Team - Develop functional expertise and CODES (Leadership Behavior) competencies of team members - Key contributor to the talent review and succession planning process ** Demand & Supply Plan / 3rd Parties - Operational responsibility demand and supply plan and senior CBU contact with 3rd parties (eg Distributor, Clearance Agent), Regional S&OP; and Danone supply points for the development and delivery of KPI’s. ** Supply Chain Strategy - Development and implementation of Supply Chain strategy together with the SC Leadership team with a particular focus on Demand and Supply Planning. ** Continuous improvement & performance - Continuously engage all parties in the improvement of supply chain performance: flexibility, efficiency, stock visibility and tracking ** Downstream Quality - Lead the ‘Quality in CBU’ activities in conjunction with SEA Downstream Quality team

- Degree qualified in relevant field - Proven experience and success in similar roles. 5 years + relevant experience - Supply chain, Customs and importation, local laws and ways of working - High English proficiency, able to interact with offshore colleagues - A senior role within the business and member of CODI. Leader of Supply Chain function. - Ability to grow and thrive with the business development and bring agility and passion to role and team.
