Jobs Description

** Role and Responsibilities - Distributor Development Manager are responsible for distributor performance, sales fundamental and daily execution. - Lead sales team to dive sell out performance, filed execution, numeric, bottom up forecast accuracy, warehouse/outlet inventory, stock holding, off take data collection in assigned territory and team capability development. - Work closely with all stakeholders including demand & supply planning team, HMSF team, distributor and warehouse team. * Distributor Performance - Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out on SAP - To ensure quality visit and daily execution (Planogram, PICOS) * Numeric Expansion - Driving Route to Market with the Distributor; design right network, increase delivery capability & order quality. - To identify market opportunities * Sales Fundamental - To ensure best service packages are provided to customer - To ensure sales team quality visit with regularly call frequency, Effectiveness of Hit Rate and improve active outlets * Excellent Market Execution - Work closely with sales team to execute business plan to ensure effectiveness of field operation - Winning in store share both volume share, share of shelve and visibilities * Demand Forecast - To ensure forecast accuracy for bottom line to input in demand focus planning - To ensure accuracy of inventory data counting in trades and data off take calculation * Team Capability Dev. - Assist NSM to arrange training/on the job activities and monthly/quarterly meeting

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration / Economy or related fields - Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications) - Minimum 4 years experiences in distributor management in FMCG - Obtain multi skills in problem solving, decision making, persuasive, negotiation, handling objection - Strategic Awareness - A team player - Able to communicate at all levels - Strong leadership capabilities, decisive with high level of integrity - Analytical and with good presentation skills - Proactive, good follow through and results oriented - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including written & spoken English and Khmer language - Planning and organizing, co-ordination, delegation, control, able to drive a car with possesses a valid driving license. - Strong leadership skills to manage team and stakeholders.
