Frameworks Setup: • Assist the FM in developing centralized frameworks for Financial Accounting (FA) and Managerial Accounting (MA) • Work with businesses in subsidiaries and partners to integrate, and tailor the frameworks into practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that fit with the business needs • Coaching and mentoring Accounting and Finance team to implement the policies and procedures in the businesses Internal Financial Audit: • Assist the FM in developing frameworks and SOPs for performing internal audit on implementation of financial SOPs and the accuracy of data prepared by the operating businesses • Lead and supervise the internal audit projects and report the findings to the top management Networking: • Assist the FM in developing frameworks and SOPs to establish networking related to financing • Establish and maintain good relations with sources of fund including but not limited to shareholders, banks, and funds (Venture capital, Hedge funds, investment banks…etc.) • Upon business needs, the AFM will provide the networking and support necessary for the businesses to obtain the optimal source of fund Taxation: • Assist the FM in developing frameworks and SOPs on taxation advisory services provided by Modernity Holding to the subsidiaries and partners • Provide tax declaration advisory and consultation for the subsidiaries and partners upon requested • Maintain knowledge database of important tax laws and relevant tax information • Regularly send relevant tax information to the relevant subsidiaries and businesses • Provide support for tax resolutions during tax audits and tax issues

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines - At least 3 years working experience in similar role - ACCA qualification is preferable - Analytical and detail oriented - Good at written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer - Well knowledge in Cambodian Taxation Law and Regulations - Well knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles
