Jobs Description

Recruiting: • Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop Recruiting action plans • Identify, plan, manage and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent • Proactively support the retail recruiting effort by placing high quality applicants in right position at the right time • Maintain daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities • Screen resumes and application forms • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) • Participate in organizing company events and careers days • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Training: • design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual • Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more • evaluate training and development programs • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Two or more years in Human Resources, Staffing and recruitment, training or related experience • Assist HR Manager with interview questions to reflect each position requirement. • Experience with MS Office • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting • Agency experience preferred. • Organizational and strong communication skills • Working under pressure and love challenges • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kind Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of qualified candidates per post • Recruitment timeline • Number of interviews per candidate • Job offer timeline • Projects on Time, Scope & Budget (HR Development's Initiatives) Working Relationships 1.
