- Installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, - Configure and install computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, Office365, e-mail, , skype … etc.) - Configure and install POS Terminal - Configure Wi-Fi, Unifi AP - CCTV System Monitoring - Support Related to Office Network Infrastructure - Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system - Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations - Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, are working properly to provide high productivity to team - Monitor transaction status in Core System of merchants, customers and partners and escalate issue to management level - Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution - Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes - Resolve technical problems Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) other systems; - Configuring printer server and sharing printer - Maintain network and cable router - Detail Report every monthly to Managers

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science - 1-2 year experiences computer’s hardware repair hardware/Software, Network Installation, Configuration Maintenance; - Good knowledge hardware, software, LAN, network server application; System Server - Good knowledge configuration network equipment (Mikrotik Router, Switch, Firewall,) - Good understanding TCP/IP configuration; - Good understanding equipment maintenance process; - Well in Windows 7, 8, 10 & Mac OS - Basic Knowledge (Knowledge) with POS\ GOLD - Basic Knowledge with IT Helpdesk System - Basic Knowledge Related to Office 365  - Has detail knowledge with IT and solving problems - Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills - Good in speaking, writing English  - Teamwork, patient and problems solving
