- Compile and maintain employee personal records for a company or organising - Prepared staff ID Card - Support the administrative to ensure daily work run smoothly - Daily administrative operations of the human resource department and interact with employees - Office procedures and customer service standards - Presenting/orientation benefits packages and company policy to new joining - Interviewing new employees, checking references and organising background checks - Other task will assign by head department - Arrange room for new staff joining - Control Hr stock staff uniform and organising - Daily staff room checking
