 Promotes and maintains positive long-term customer relationships in product support. o Develops a good relationship with customers to understand their business needs from technical and economical perspective.  Coverage of specified customers in a manner as defined by the company. o Performs regular customer visits and prospects and pursues parts and service opportunities in a defined territory. o All calls to the customers are conducted as directed. o Call reports are completed as specified by company standards and ensure timely submission of call reports.  Develops customer profile's database and maintains all required reports with regards to the customers in the sales territory. o Population records with customers' demographic information (Name, address, email etc) and purchases in parts, service sales and rentals, special attachments (Model / SN) machines in use and their hours of usage. o Develops, identifies and quantifies new customers. o Assess customers' buying habits.  Develops and maintains competitive analysis program, including “OEM distributors” and “Independent contractors”to understand customers' buying habits from the competitors.  Development of program to measure “market share” by geographic unit.  Development of sales forecasts and business plans for each assigned customer.  Develops, promotes and sells scheduled marketing and selling programs. o Maintenance schedule program with promotion  Develops, performs and coordinates market and opinion surveys to assess necessary information such as company sales and market position, customer satisfaction and requirements.  Develops and creates all necessary sales documents and aids such as brochures, posters, promotion materials.  Assists in coordination of service work and advises customers on parts and service matters, and dealing with equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, emergency parts orders and deliveries.  Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
