• Provides assistance to Managers in handling client’s assignments • Provides training and mentoring accountants and junior accountants • Reviewing accountant’s tasks to ensure accuracy • Preparing client’s financial reports, and management reports with deadlines • Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations • Coordinating with complex accounting projects and initiatives with team members • Ensure that accounting records comply with laws and regulations • Keeping up-to-date with any developments in accounting laws and regulations and practice • Assisting with researching accounting issues on behalf of the firm and its clients • Participating in knowledge management, professional development and firm administrative activities as requested • Assists Manager to prepare fee proposal for client • Other duties as assigned by Managers

- Degree in Accountant and Finance, Business Administration or related discipline - 1 or 2 year experience in accounting - High level of numeracy to evaluate complex statistical financial information is required - Willingness to work on flexible scheduling - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skill
