Jobs Description

• Providing supports in various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling; • Collaborating with HRE to post job ads on careers pages and processing incoming resumes; • Processing employees’ requests and providing relevant information and coordinating HR projects, meetings and training seminars; • Managing Telegram List and list of Email address/ outlooks of all employees; • Controlling the Company’s phone numbers and SIM Cards and preparing the monthly telephone calling service expenses, working with the Telecom companies for agreements, payments and other related matters; • Providing orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies and preparing Welcome Dashboard for new employees; • Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents, distributing and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages); • Maintaining a company calendar and schedule appointments; • Managing weekly and monthly schedule for HR marketing in Facebook and LinkedIn under directions from HRAM and/or COO; • Supporting to prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned by HRAM and/or COO; • Liaising with external partners, like insurance vendors, Ministry of Labor, ensuring legal compliance and creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates); • Taking photos of every Company’s meetings and events when necessary and/or requested, proceeding purchase requests, logistics and administrative affairs; • Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and assisting in performance management processes; • Handling inventory list for the new employees and handover form for the resigned employees; • Proceeding purchasing request forms for operations and property management including tools and equipment, facilities and gasoline for cars and motors used for the Company’s interests; • Preparing the Company’s internal announcements, declarations and notifications if any; • Checking and confirming the delivery of tools and equipment purchased from suppliers; • Arranging business trips, travel accommodations and processing expense forms; • Supporting HRAM and/or COO for budgeting and bookkeeping procedures within the Department; • Performing other tasks as assigned by HRAM and/or COO;

Jobs Requirement

• Acting as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries, including managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records; • Controlling daily vehicle schedule, car keys, gasoline, phone and operation expenses; • Handling legal registry, documentations and administrative letters with the ministries and government organizations, job fairs with National Employment Agency (NEA) and other private organizations and supports of job announcements with agencies and other free-of-charge channels and networks
