• Assisting and behalf of Client / CEO / COO / CFO / CSO / CIO / Project Manager and Construction Manager in overseeing design development, authority submissions, tender exercise and construction progress as according to gazetted timeline and budget. • Proposing estimate project planning timeline, construction timeline, and cash flow as per given completion deadline and gross development cost. • Organizing the project consultant team, co-ordinate with Client and the project team to ensure that the Client requirements are incorporated to arrive at a project budget and design development. • To liaise and co-ordinate with the local authorities, particularly for the inspection and approval of completed works where required. • To co-ordinate and organize documents and drawings for tender purpose and to attend site meeting and co-ordinate with the designers and contractors on all design matters for the project. • To ensure the quality of work fulfil the requirement as stipulated in the Contract and be accomplished within budget, within given time-frame. • Assist Owner and the design and construction teams with permitting related issues. • Update and reissue the Project Schedule as required to show current conditions. • Use best efforts to obtain satisfactory performance from each of the contractors and the design team and recommend courses of action to the Owner when requirements of a contract are not being fulfilled. • Develop cash flow reports and forecasts for the Project and advise the Owner as to variances between actual and budgeted or estimated costs. • In collaboration with the design team and the contractors selected to work on the Project, establish and implement procedures for expediting the processing and approval of shop drawings, product data, samples and other submittals. • Coordinating architect and consultants to develop building, layout and system designs as according to desired development type, build up and concept. • Reviewing and commenting on architectural layouts and technical designs to ensure consistency with desired quality and gazetted budget. • Liaising and maintaining good relation with local authorities and town councils to clarify, resolve and obtain authority approvals and endorsements. • Coordinating QS and consultants to ensure fair tender exercise and best selection of main contractor to award in favor of developer and it's shareholders. • Monitoring consultants and main contractor to ensure progress through all phases of construction and resolve onsite issues. • Reviewing through budgets, costings and quotations to ensure project remains within budgeted amount. • Verifying invoices, claims, and VOs to ensure services or work has been completed as according to agreement. • Liaising with higher management, shareholders, and JV partners to obtain payment and execution approvals. • Producing project brief and land overview for architect design bid exercise. • Providing assistance to sales and marketing team with project information, illustrations, and concept.

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Management; • Direct and manage high priority construction projects from conception to finish with internal stakeholders and external architects and construction professionals. • Prioritize future growth by determining key markets • Ensure all trends and baselines are being followed and represented. • Serve as the internal expert on the Company s portfolio, including lease status and content; • Track and monitoring of work in progress and critical dates; • Update and continue to develop monthly reports. • Lead the preparation and present all financial data as needed • Improve the quality of deals and optimize lease terms • Have experience in contraction real estate more than 20 years
