- Responsible for completing own designing work in timely and efficient manner - Implement quality of architectural design production according to building codes, law, requirements and architectural graphic standards - Implement the operation system from concept, schematic design through the development of construction documents as per guidance from the Architect Supervisor - Undertake architectural schematic and concept design for assigned projects including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information - Exhibit basic understanding of general design concept of architecture, structure and MEP - Join regular site visits to check on construction progress to monitor compliance with plan and quality-check - Follow company's design procedures - Lead Project administration - Preparing and presenting design proposals to project Manager - Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists - Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made - Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame - Leading engineers and working process of subcontractors to achieve or complete the work by the deadline

- Bachelor degree Architect other relevant field; - 3 or more years of work experience with construction /real estate company; - Good oral and written in both English and Khmer; - Be able to use with useful application - Good computer literacy MS Office; Auto CAD (2D;3D) or other related program; - Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost; - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills; - Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively; - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
