1.Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. 2.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances 3.Maintaining historical records 4. Bank reconciliation 5. Closing AR/AP coutstanding 6. Continuing to improve the payment process 7. Generating invoices and account statements 8. Performing account reconciliations. 9. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records. 10. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries. 11. Control on petty cash 12. Posting entry into Qiuck book system 13.Prepare Daily Sale Report 14.Cash management ( Cash count/deposit/reconcile) 15. Closing report weekly and month ( management report)

1. Two 2 years’ experience as a accountant or related position 2. 2 year experience on Qiuck book/ POS system and Other system 3. Able to work at night, weekends, extended hours, and holidays 4. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus 5. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 6. Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels 7. Willing to learn new things 8. Work as a team 9. Have own transportation 10. Be able to travel to provide 11.
