Jobs Description

- Planning, implementing, coordination, and determining the optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals and objectives - Managing the manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget - Coordination in manufacturing with Sales & Marketing, Finance & Account, and other departments as well as with vendors and shippers - Leading the manufacturing workers to produce the products with standards and internal quality requirements - Hire, train, and evaluate the manufacturing workers and monitor workers to ensure they meet the standard performance and safety requirements. - Analyse the manufacturing data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective. - Write the manufacturing reports and present to top management. - Coordination all corrective actions of any manufacturing problems that may arise and work with management in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Assisting the team and management when needed.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and previous construction knowledge are desired - A bachelor’s degree in business administration and industrial engineering and other related degree are required - Strong organizational and managerial skills are required - Must have demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of manufacturing workers - Good communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels - Some training experience such as manufacturing tools, techniques, standards, and regulations will also be helpful - Good written and spoken English - Must be familiar with Microsoft office - Ability to perform the multi-task and meet deadlines. * Staff Benefit : - provide Gasoline Monthly - Remuneration: Competitive salary, incentive - Staff’s Evaluation - Health insurance - Internal Training - Annual party - Mission Allowance - Annual leave, sick leave, and special leave - Public Holiday (Follow Cambodia Labor Law) -13th salary -Other special discount from partner shops
