The Accountant and Financial Controller performs a wide range of duties, but not limited to, following: 1. Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, including ensure an accurate and timely monthly-end and year-end closing. 2. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Cash Management, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. 3. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. 4. Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual tax return filing/declaration/submission to General Department of Taxation of Ministry of Economy and Finance are performed in a timely and accurate manner. 5. Coordinate with the tax division and prepare any schedules/documents that are required for tax audit. 6. Co-ordinate with the external auditors including preparing financial statements and all supporting information for the audit. 7. Verify to ensure that all deductions and payroll tax calculations are compliant with payroll laws and ensure employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner. 8. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported including suggest any updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing 9. Maintain the fixed asset inventory system by supervising the recording of all items in the inventory, maintaining pertinent records and ensuring adequate treatment of fixed asset acquisitions and retirements. 10. Design internal control systems for all departments to ensure the safeguarding of the company assets. 11. Supervise employees in the department by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, directing work and appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 12. Review the financial plan/forecast regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities. 13. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculation. 14. Report to the GM/CFO with timely and accurate financial information. 15. Assist the GM/CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members. 16. Carry out any other tasks that will, from time to time be allocated by the CEO/COO/CFO/GM on an ad hoc or continuing basis.

Jobs Requirement

** KNOWLEDGE - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Financial Accounting, Business Management/Administration. - Knowledge in QMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and TL9000) ** SKILL - Experience 5-6 years in finance and accounting field. - Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles. - Knowledge of tax codes & laws and applicable regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and leadership skills. ** ABILITY - Good command of both English writing and speaking. - Deep understanding of the accounting principles. - Microsoft Access and Spreadsheet knowledge.
