1. Sale Manager ** BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PURPOSE: Manages sales of the company’s lubricant products. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. ** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE: 1. Manage and lead sales team. 2. Formulate sales reports. 3. Help develop and implement sales strategy. 4. Manage key accounts. ** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE: 1. Responsibility for all direct sales. 2. Travel from site to site to keep appointment with prospective customers. 3. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, promotion techniques, etc. 4. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. 5. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 6. Follow up customers to comply with company credit’s policy (follow-up for collection of payment). 7. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. 8. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. 9. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. 10. To conduct other jobs as assigned by manager. 11. Hold regular meeting with sale staff. 12. Act on non-delivery when necessary. 13. Arrange promotional programs, activities and events. 14. Conduct sales performance reviews. 15. Collaborates with General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. 16. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth. 17. Collaborates with General Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses. 18. Forward all reports to General Manager. 19. Discuss actions with sales team daily and summaries weekly. 2. Sale Executive * Duties - Provide professional service to customers by phone and face to face. - Prepare the monthly report and submit it to the manager. - Respond to customer inquiries & resolve complaints. - Find and contact new customers to promote and sale service - Improve/Develop daily work with a creative idea - Cooperate with related departments - Other tasks that may be assigned by the department manager.

Jobs Requirement

1. Sale Manager - Master/Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing Management or similar business fields - At least 2 years of work experience with Sales Management - Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication. - Excellence in English language (both written. spoken, and listening) - Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) - Strong problem solving skills - Able to work under pressure and limited deadline - Able to manage a big team 2. Sale Executive - At list finish 2nd year of university student on Management, Sales & Marketing and or Customer Service. - Some experience in a related field is an advantage. - Able to work both independently and within a team. - Honest, highly responsible, self-motivated and reliable. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is still in its formative period. ** SALARY 1.
