Summary of Position To support the Aggregates department and operations, with regards to the reinforcement of the company’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) policy and directives. Provide all HSE technical supports on day-to-day operations, improve the HSE awareness through the implementation of the HSE rules and regulations at the grass root level, and compile the HSE procedures based on the hazard control measures and corrective actions and learned lessons. What you will do: • Establish and maintain relevant HSE records, and documentation • Ensure the required PPE’s are available for new entry staff, and involve in PPE inventory management • Conduct the HSE inspections on plants/sites/workshop/vehicles to ensure non-compliance issues are corrected • Involve in risk assessment and hazard identification, conduct accident/incident investigations • Minimize the hazards during operations by using preventive action initiatives and take corrective action when required • Develop and facilitate HSE training, and induction to staff • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

What you should have: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mining, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in the field of HSE management and/or construction site management or in a related area • Knowledge of risk assessment and analysis • Knowledge of inventory control management • Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Holding a valid driving license • Flexible to travel to provinces and/or abroad.
