The Indoor Sales Officer responsible for indoor sales operation in the Head Office and assigned territories based on the business needs. Job responsibilities include: administer sales activities by process any relevant documents for customers, operating the day-to-day sales operations, perform and assist customer for products availabilities, providing to customers about Borey Angkor Phnom Penh products, greet customers with a customer service standard, provide consultation to the customer, customer orientation, and other assign tasks from direct manager.

At least High School, Strong commitment to work with wide types of customer; good service orientation • Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality is an advantage; • Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift basis; • Working knowledge of MS Office applications; • Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills; • Good negotiation skills / interpersonal skills; • Goal orientation and drive for performance; • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
