** ABOUT THE ROLE The Head of Operations will be able to tackle critical projects and overall management of the company’s operations. He/She will be responsible for the management of core business operations. You will be a member of the senior management team and will work directly with the CEO. - Be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Company’s operations including, inter alia, lending operations, collections, sales & marketing, branch management, internal reporting, etc. - Develop, maintain and improve all related policies, procedures, and controls according to international best practices to ensure effective and efficient operations - Oversee managers who direct department activities and implement the organization's policies and procedures - Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and develop reports to present operating results to the CEO - Lead the preparation of short and long-term operating plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives - Manage and control all daily loan disbursement and collection process - Analyze competition and market dynamics on an ongoing basis, and report these findings to the CEO - Build and maintain relationship with the branches and various departments to assist them to improve systems and processes - Manage relationships with partners and vendors - Lead and set up approval criteria in client selection, portfolio quality management, product and processes, area selection and other aspects of credit assessment - Oversee credit and risk control policy adherence, conduct on-site checks and ensure strict adherence to company policies regarding loan files, collateral, asset registration and other requirements - Address audit findings and QA items in agreed upon timeframe with sustainable solutions and report progress to management - Continuously ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Lead and develop the teams to ensure their professional growth - Ensure staff training - Represent the company with the Cambodian Microfinance Association

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent work experience is required - At least 8 years of experience in a financial institution - Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for financial institutions - Excellent organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field - Experience managing and motivating staff - Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills - Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy - Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken - Women are encouraged to apply.
