- Organization : Teuk Saat 1001 - Location : Siem Reap Province - Directly report to : Director of the Social Franchise - Type of job : Full time - Working Day : Monday-Friday (8:00AM-500PM) - Salary : Negotiate - Type of Contract : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period. - Benefit : Seniority indemnity, NSFF, Personal Accident Insurance, health care and Other Employee Benefit under the Law of the Royal Government of Cambodia are fully provided ** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Technical support - Enhance site performance and deliver practical solution to maintain the quality and safety of O-we drinking water in a cost-effective manner, with the objective to reach 100% satisfactory results - Investigate, monitor and deliver root cause analysis of technical issues, delivering practical solution - Contribute to the various project’s phases requiring technical knowledge and training of new entrepreneur - Provide knowledge and recommendation to operate and maintain water treatment system, to implement technical process, or conduct any other activity requiring technical understanding and knowledge - Response to monthly technical alert and ensure that the actions conducted on time. - Support entrepreneur and operators to implement the operation manual at the best - On site coaching to entrepreneurs and operators on hygiene practice - Cooperate with responsible adviser, RBMs and technical manager to decide on corrective actions - Make a plan for controlling electrical and water system on sites to prevent, anticipate the problems - Intervene in case of having a problem with water production machine; electrical and water system on sites, acting as call center - Plan a spare-parts and materials for using during intervention - Work with technical manager and RBMs to prepare an action plan for site where there might be technical problem adjustment must be done within 48h to the kiosks to ensure the sale in on
