- Organization : Teuk Saat 1001 - Location : Siem Reap Province - Directly report to : Finance & Admin Director - Type of job : Full time - Working Day : Monday-Friday (8:00AM-500PM) - Salary : Negotiate - Type of Contract : A long-term contract will be offered depending on performance with 3-month probation period. - Benefit : Seniority indemnity, NSFF, Personal Accident Insurance, health care and Other Employee Benefit under the Law of the Royal Government of Cambodia are fully provided ** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cash/bank transactions management with TS stakeholder - Validate site report on Commcare system with advisors - Update Customer ledger follow up of the cash transactions on sites and debt acknowledgement) - Prepare cash disbursement and clearance - Process Cash on hand replenishment - Banking - withdrawal, deposit, internal and external transfer * Ensure proper filing for handover to accountants for bookkeeping - Ensure the completion of supporting documents (Purchasing documents, invoice, delivery note, payments and receipt voucher, Bank slip) collection - Collect and file Invoices (paid and unpaid) * Closing Activities with Accountant - Perform cash count - weekly and monthly basis - Prepare Bank & cash on hand reconciliation * Financial Administration Management - Prepare payment document for suppliers such as site material suppliers, landlord, utilities and other - Prepare payment document for TS staff (such as per diem and operational advance and clearance * Stock Control - Perform stock counting and control fixed assets - Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Jobs Requirement
