- Control all staff with regards to duties and responsibilities. - Ensure that grooming and general appearance of personnel conform to established standard. - Attends to all complaints and adopts immediate action and keeps the F&B Manager informed of such complaints. - Corrects and sits down with those concerned to discuss the problems. - Work varied shift schedule including lunch and dinner shifts, opening and closing the restaurant. - Oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality control of food products. - Effectively lead and motivate employees through implementation of in-house training and incentive plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction. - Supervised the preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facility. - Supervised the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations - Another task assigned by Manager.

- Female and Male, Age from 20 to 30. - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields. - At least 2 to 3 years’ experience, preferably in Operation field. - Planning skill, Communication skill, Manpower management, Understanding organizational behavior. - Cheerful, self-confidence, decisive, team player, open-minded, fairness, dedicated, positive attitude, honest. - Able to keep things confidential, Able to work under pressure. - Computer literacy (pivot, V-look up, PowerPoint design etc.). - Strong presentation and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.
