• Monitor and manage the group PBT to ensure it achieve its target • Set up and manage the group investment and audit function • Support subsidiaries in technical areas such as accounting, tax and audit • Monitor and manage the department spending to within the budget • Manage accounting department to produce timely and accurate reports • Initiate and monitor cost-saving initiatives to maximize profit for the group • Drive company financial planning • Develop finance and accounting policies and procedures • Manage the financial and tax compliance • Set up and oversee the IT integration and adoption • Set up fund request proposal including bank’s loan and investment proposal • Review business agreements and provide tax advice to corporate investors • Develop Leadership and Employee Accountability: succession, communication, attrition, development • Perform other related tasks assigned by superior and top management

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines - At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role - ACCA/CPA&CFA; qualification is a must. - Analytical and detail-oriented - Good at written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer - Well knowledge in Cambodian Taxation Law and Regulations and Custom - Experience practice in accounting standard - Experience in finance analyzing for investment is an advantage - Well knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles Working time: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM-5:30 PM)
