Jobs Description

* Legal Relations 1.To build good relations with government official such as local authority, labor office, immigration police and other related regarding to public rules and regulations. 2.To ensure that the restaurant rules and regulations in complying and revise by the ministry of labor such as hotel employee handbook, public holiday, annual leave and other leaves. 3.Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. 4.Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. * Employee Employment 5.Establish staffing guide with department heads according to the business plan. 6.Establish and ensure to have the competitive salary scale according to the current industrial situation and the business. 7.Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions and ensure the maximize of selecting the suitable employees to the right job. 8.Arrange additional manpower to handle temporary work overload when request by heads of department. 9.Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. 10.Prepares reports and recommendations procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. * Employee Training and Development 11.Plans and conducts the hotel orientation for new employees to foster positive attitude toward company goals. 12.Plans, coordinates, and directs training and staff development programs for organization by performing personally or through subordinates and the management. 13.Conduct needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs. 14.Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identifies training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedure, or services. 15.Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises and roles play. 16.Trains assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training, such as new employee’s orientation, on-the-job training, sales techniques, health and safety practices, management development, and adaptations to change in policy, procedures, and technologies. 17.Researches and selects outside trainers to conduct training in specific topics. 18.Screens, tests, counsels, and recommends employees for participation in internal or external education and training programs. * Compensations and Benefits Administration 19.Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting. 20.Administers benefits programs such as disability insurances, pension plans, vacations, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. 21.Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. 22.Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization. * Department Head Relations 23.Assist department heads to implement management policies and requirement of the employees. 24.Assist department heads in ensuring that all staff are working in acceptable and good environment. 25.Assist department heads in ensuring that company employees policies are best suited and implemented. 26.Advise and assist department head in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. 27.Administers performance review program to ensure compliance and equity with the organization. 28.Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance review, and safety. 29.Give guideline, recommendations to assist department heads in planning scheduling staff vacations, public holidays, and other leave of absence. * Employee Relations 30.Overseeing the human resource department staff and handling all issue involving employee complains or questions that cannot be responded by Human Resources Officer. 31.Organize staff recreation activities such as annual staff party, touring, special incentive program for staff with outstanding performance. 32.Overseeing the employee staff notice board in posting the employee-related information in ensuring that all staff are compliance.

Jobs Requirement
