- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction. - Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval. - Calculations on pressures, loads and stresses of building - Consider the strength of construction materials. - Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure. - Liaise with professional team included architects and engineers. - Monitor and inspect all works undertaken by contractors to ensure the deadlines are met. - Administer contracts and manage projects. - Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.

- Professionally registered with Board of Engineer Cambodia (Priority). - Experience in project management. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations. - Sound understanding of physics and mathematics. - Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines. - Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail with the organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication. - Program Requirement RSAP, Etabs, MathCad, AC and computer application Microsoft office suite.
