• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning • Processing accounts payable & receivables payments • Perform to update daily cash flow reports • Perform to do sale contracts & cash receipt • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary • Maintenance of building, office equipment, electronic equipment and vehicle • Other job assigned by superior
