Job Purpose: To manage identified partnership outlets by ensuring that we maximise our brand presence whether in visibility, category exclusivity or promotions. To also ensure perfect execution as per agreement with speed and accuracy. Job Description: Operation Management - Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets. - Call plan with business objectives including reviewing of current performances, implementation of promotion according to agreement and to follow up on the next job to be done. - Execution of product portfolio including listing, promoting, and communicating brand image in assigned channel and outlets. - Engage and work with various stakeholders (specifically with Urban On Trade Sales Team) for result improvements. Business Development - Build good business relationship with key partners and value adding by providing market insights - Aggressively attack, defend and monitor outlets to increase organization’s fair share in the market - Identify, evaluate, justify outlet selections and finding the right opportunities to maximize our investment in partnership outlets - Actively working with Brand and Trade Marketing to develop plans to optimize brand presence, volume and profitability in outlet partnership People Development - Lead and coach assigned subordinates. To be responsible for the result delivery and development of assigned subordinates. - Assist Head of Business Development to recruit and retain talents for the team while building successors for the position.

Job Requirements Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant Trade (Channel) marketing, Brand marketing or Sales experience, with demonstration of result accomplishments. Technical Experience: - Leadership skill in driving operation team with positive result deliveries. - High learning and change agility. - Able to make difficult decisions when necessary. - Excellent knowledge of the local market, deep understanding of consumer insight and business landscape. Working Hour: - Able to work from 1pm-10pm (Dinner Break 6pm-7pm) - Monthly Net Meal Allowance will be provided - Transportation Vehicle and Gasoline Card will be provided
