Jobs Description

· Manage functional operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable · Provide interpretation and explanation of organization’s administration and support services policies and procedures · Develop tactical business plans for customers, clients and internal stockholder in alignment to agreed strategic directions and business growth objectives · Overseas the execution continuous improvement plans or initiatives to new/existing administration and support service processes delivered to operations of all branches · Manages activities and initiatives on administration and support services budget or cost control of all branches · Develop tracking tools to evaluate implementation effectiveness of administration, support services, road to market for market expansion and provide feedback superior Identify critical daily issues affecting administration and overall operations of all branches · Regular review of information gathered and report identified performance gaps to clients, customers and internal stakeholders. · Review action plans to address areas of challenges identified · Supervise team and escalate complaints and requests raised by employees/functions. · Others execution provide by functional superior · Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set · Manage and provide leadership in internal coordination and teamwork of operations team members · Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Leadership Principle and DKSH culture & behavior as part of continuous learning
