- Achieving branch’s target - Find potential individual clients for all kind of loan products - Submit Credit Memorandum to Supervisor for approval - Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve them - Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at cadastral office - Conducting marketing activity and loan management - Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships - Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
