**Job Description Head of HR: - Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department - Develop and implement strategies, goals, and policies for the HR/Admin department ensuring they support the overall company-wide objectives and goals. - Manage and coordinate the process of workforce planning and recruitment with department Managers to ensure the right resources - Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new employees ensuring the Hiring Manager has the necessary information to provide the best introduction for all new employees. - Manage and coordinate the performance development process and develop supportive procedures for the provision of relevant and useful feedback between Managers and employees and the broader team. - Create and manage the department budget ensuring a balance between innovative ideas to minimize expenditure while maximizing the benefit of activities. - Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures -Manage all requirements for the company. - Perform other administrative tasks such as Payroll, staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff appraisal, Staff movement, staff safety and fine out staff problems. - Purchase and Maintain office supplies and equipment and control stock for company - Make contract, agreement and other necessary document - Make monthly expense budget and record all expense incurred - Staff recruitment, selection, orientation…etc - Booking hotel, Restaurant, flight and traveling arrangement arrange meeting and trip for Participants’ retreat - Visa Extend and other work relate to expats staff - Preparing report, submit and send Document courier and parcel to oversea - Experience in audit work - Motivate and train staff, Issue warning letter, … - Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Jobs Requirement
