• Coordinate all production operations, including production planning, scheduling, coordination and throughput monitoring. • Perform day-to-day operation and team’s supervisory on production • Maintain the highest quality and safety standards in production from manufacturing to delivery. • Ensure all machinery and equipment are at all times in safe and efficient operating conditions by providing regular maintenance. • Ensure on-time delivery, productivity, and plant up time. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in any manufacturing • Experience with production process • Knowledge of production process, equipment • Knowledge of project and risk managements • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with team members at all level • Ability to think creatively and innovatively and be able to work under pressure • Possession of planning and leadership skills . English and Chinese speaking
