Key Responsibilities: • Recruit quality insurance salespeople • Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to ensure success of insurance sales people • Build, manage and supervise own sales team to deliver sales target of the company • Build new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships • Oversee and organize team activities to ensure cohesiveness of team and productivity of team members • Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members
