- Checking supporting documents of all payments; - Support in data booking into Accounting system. - Invoice preparation for clients. - Processing of Bank transaction, including deposit, withdraw, transfer and collect bank statement; - Filling all documents in order. - Fix Asset control - Payroll Report - Helping the team if needed; - Other task assigned by Management.
