• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercise and routine • Monitor client’s progress and adapt program • Give emergency first aid if need • Give clients information or resource about nutrition or weight control • Show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury • Explain and enforce safety rule and regulation in sport, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment

Jobs Requirement

• At least high school diploma • Knowledge in health or fitness field such as exercise science, kinesiology, and programs • Used to taking class in fitness field • Understanding of lifestyle, diet and human body • Awareness of safety and good work practices • Patience and the ability to explain thing clearly
