Jobs Description

- Contacting potential direct clients and brokers to establish rapport and arrange meetings - Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities - Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones - Finding and developing new markets and improving sales - Setting and monitoring sales objectives - Providing sales strategies, feedback, and planning - Contributing to meeting sales targets - Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and Product Knowledge - Answering customer queries - Identify potential clients - Contacts for appointments for all brokers and direct clients - Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones - Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals - Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution - Fulfil all company-established policy obligations - Excellent skills in communication and presentation - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships - Provide Customer Service Support - Leadership and Interpersonal skills - Prepare sales report - Other tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in communication or relevant field - At least 3 years-experience as sales in general insurance - Strong communication skills - Be proactive - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty - Able to communicate in both English and Khmer - Solid understanding of policies and products - Be able to provide mentorship - Strong leadership qualities - Be proactive - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
