- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management field - Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive, Preferable in Training Development - Good public Speaking and presentation skill - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Strong leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Fundamental knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law - Experience in Succession Planning, Talent Management is preferable. - Excellent spoken and written English and another languages - Excellent organization, execution, communication and Interpersonal skill - Full of dynamics, energies and diligences
