Jobs Description

-Responsible for manpower planning, developing creative recruitment solutions for the organization to attract the appropriate level and quality of staffs by the fulfillment of the requirements -Responsible for ensuring all Human Resource policies and procedures are communicated to and understood by all employee also review and updating the employee handbook, company rules and regulations -Responsible for maintaining HR information, by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents, and by monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to Director, with recommendations, as appropriate. -Managing the HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function -Ensuring that all company internal controls requirements are fulfilled, and all company personnel data is strictly maintained -Developing succession plans and career development programs. -Responsible for end to end recruitment and candidate selection, attract talent and advise the business unit on the best recruitment practices and processes -Coordinate and communicate with business unit to get a clear view of their hiring needs -Perform a search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internet recruiting resources, cold calls, employee referrals, etc. -Perform other tasks as needed.

Jobs Requirement

-MA/BA Degree with at least 2 years in Human Resource Management Casino & Hotel industry experience or equivalent. -Excellent organizational and scheduling skills -Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint -Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines -Good personality -Understand both local and international political, social, economic, regulatory, and legal environment/landscape. -Proficiency in English or Chinese. -Manage and stay in the province.
