1. Monitors the expiring contracts and negotiates with customer for service contract renewal to achieve agreed price increase target. 2. Plans and take actions to gain the new business and recover the lost contracts to ensure that the targets will be achieved. 3. Builds and maintains a good relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term business relationship. 4. Makes sales visit and closes sale deal in order to achieve service contract sales targets and to monitor, plan and sell service contracts in order to achieve sales targets. 5. Accountable for request invoicing to FAD for all service contracts are under responsible area to ensure no outstanding billing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing or related field. - English professional level - Skills requirement : Good communication & Customer relationship management
