-Oversight of retail campaigns and projects according to timeline and budget -Custody of retail campaign performance, digital channel user growth and engagement analytics -Management of business requirements with vendors for retail system related enhancements -Coordination of change management activities for the retail business -Retail business budget planning and preparation -Organize, execute and oversee retail campaigns and projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget -Consolidate, track and report overall retail campaign performance, digital channel user growth and engagement rates -Act as liaison for the retail business to consolidate and communicate user requirements with the technical team and solution vendors for system related enhancements -Coordinate change management activities in the event of any retail business product or process changes -Plan and prepare budget spending on behalf of the retail business in collaboration with key retail business stakeholders

-5-10 years experience in project management -Degree in management, business or related field of study -Experience in fintech or digital technology in banking is preferred -Professional certification in project management would be advantageous -Excellent cost control, scheduling and risk management abilities -Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills -Excellent organizational and analytical skills are highly desirable
