1. To deliver IT Projects according to the scope, budget, timeline and resources provide. 2. To establish IT Project Management Office and reporting & filing to be in order in the department 3. To organize project steering committee meetings and project working committee meetings to monitor and control projects status by establishing effective communication plans. 4. Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control and Close projects in all process areas of project management. 5. To prepare and provide timely project reporting’s 6. To ensure all project documentations are properly filed and is audit compliant 7. To bring together all stakeholders and manage execution of project. 8. Manage risks, issues and problems that arises in operational process and projects 9. Lead key projects and coordinate among internal and external stakeholders

• Study the requirements from stakeholders and document them accordingly. • Ensure proper execution of Software Development Life Cycle and Infrastructure Projects. • Manage Vendors on the project development and facilitate change request management • Assist Head of IT on establishing IT Framework, IT Policy, IT guidelines and IT Manual and drive towards empowering staffs to adhere to the framework, policy ,guidelines, manual, standards, process and procedures • Continuously look into continuous service improvement and transformation of work process to Agile methodology. • Support IT Staff on Network, Security, Desktop, ATM, DR ,System Deployment activities and all areas concerning to it continuous improvement. • Assist Head of Department to track project status, budget utilization, SLA Adherence, Change Calendar, Regional and Management Reporting. • Arrange meetings Document minutes of meeting for meetings held with users, departments, vendors, and relevant stakeholders
