Jobs Description

1- Payroll Executive o Gather information on hours worked for each employee using a certain devise (Finger Scan, Time Attendant etc.) o Working with C & B Manager for employee movement or transfer or salary adjustment. o Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed o Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks o Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper o Process taxes and payment of employee benefits o Hiring people into HRIS system and ensure time attendant is register o Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc. o Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors o Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. 2- Compliance Executive o Educate employees about all regulatory and legal requirements that can affect your organization. o Create an employee handbook and update it regularly. o Dealing regularly with Inspector from Ministry o Periodically report to ministry in regard to compliances either new or existing, for instance, OT request, NSSF, Employee Movement, Apprentice, Work Permitted & Quota for expat working within the company, Shop Steward arrangement, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Union, Health Check, Employment Work Book. o Disciplinary investigation and implementation etc. o Counsel with employees and management concerning leave requests and provide employees with accurate information relating to absences, medical certification requirements, return to work dates, short term disability, military leave and bereavement time, etc.

Jobs Requirement

1- Payroll Executive o Proven experience as payroll Officer, Executive or payroll related duties o Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices o Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field o Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databases o Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality o Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail o Excellent communication skills o BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus 2- Compliance Executive o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or in a related field o Knowledge: it is important that they have hands-on experience in the application of compliance policies and procedures; solid understanding of employment laws and regulations and demonstrated research abilities in creating and delivering presentations to HR professionals. Employers are also interested in individuals with proven ability to design processes and programs that align with the operations of the business o Communication skills: to provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues. Therefore, it is important that applicants can convey information both verbally and in writing to employees, senior-level HR professionals, and other stakeholders o Computer skills: should be proficient with HR information systems (PeopleSoft), Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and other packages necessary for analyzing data to support decision making o Organizational skills: interfaces with applicants, employees, and external agents. So, they must be able to program their tasks and effectively prioritize assignments to handle the multiple tasks associated with the job position o Interpersonal skills: Applicants for the position should be able to build rapport, establish relationships, influence and partner with people across all levels
