- Prepare purchase orders - Research potential vendors - Sourcing products from factory with best prices - Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Track orders and ensure timely delivery - Review quality of purchased products - Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices - Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed - Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage - Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends - Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field - Working 2-3 experiences in Purchasing Officer, Sourcing products Agent or similar role - Have work experiences as Purchasing at construction field is first choice for short list - Good in both written and spoken English. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English - Good knowledge of factories sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with factory) - Hands-on experience with purchasing software, Microsoft Office Internet, Social Media etc. - Understanding of construction materials and tools is a plus - Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment and over time - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
