Jobs Description

• Manages Operation waste collection, cleaning, repairing truck to make sure it collection & repairing on time and make sure the city is clean. • Collaborate with insouce mechanic and outsource garage to make smooth and timely repairs and make sure there are enough trucks available for running operation. • Make a clear and specific schedule. • Manages the security and prepare well odering in garage. • Need to respect stardad of health and safety for worker, such as: Do not allow workers to sit in the top of cabin, reduce the risk of accidents while working hour (gloves, masks, safety shoes, uniforms...). • Contribute to the excessive costs of diesel, oil, pump, repair work and cheating of operation team. • Collaborate with customer service department for solve the problem of miss collecting garage. • It is the duty to inform and communicate with authorities at all levels. • Manage and arrange schedule working to drivers, workers, collectors, cleaners, daily morning breifing and mentor them. • Field checking to review if truck collect wast in according to schedule. • Regularly inspect landfill and report to branch manager. • Help to prepare landfill yearly budget and working plan forecast. • Follow up Landfill working plan forecast vs Actual. • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. • Performs other task required branch manager.

Jobs Requirement

• At least Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Management or other related fields • 2 or 3 years of experience in related work. • Able to use basic computer well (word, excel, power point). • Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skill • Able to write, read and speak in English. • Work independence and self-management. • Excellent teamwork and team building skills • Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development. • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
